  • IMPACT OADBY & WIGSTON – SANTA FUN RUN ✨🎅
    Supported by the Rotary Club of Oadby in partnership with Oadby & Wigston Borough Council.
    When: Sunday 30th November 2025, 10am registration, 11am start.
    Where: Brocks Hill Country Park, Washbrook Lane, Oadby, LE2 5JJ.

    🎄 Join the festive fun! 🎄

    Run, jog, or walk our cheerful 2km or 4km route in your own festive costume.
    Bring your family, friends, and even your dog!


    Santa Fun Run proceeds support the Mayor’s charities and give local community grants through the Rotary Club of Oadby Charitable Trust (Reg. No. 1081136).

  • Health & Safety (participant):

    By submitting this form, I confirm that I (and anyone taking part with me):

    • will only join the run if we’re feeling well, free from contagious illnesses (including Covid-19), and not required to isolate;
    • are fit and ready to jingle all the way around the course, taking part at our own risk;
    • understand that we’re responsible for making sure we’re healthy enough to complete the run on Sunday 30th November 2025;
    • accept that the organisers and sponsors can’t be held liable for any injuries, illness, or lost items during the event;
    • if bringing a dog, will keep it on a lead at all times 🐾;
    • ensure that children under 12 are accompanied by an adult, and accept full responsibility for the safety and supervision of all participants under the age of 18;
    • understand the organisers reserve the right to cancel the event if weather conditions make it unsafe. In such cases, participants may request a refund of their registration fee.

    • I am medically fit and understand that I’m volunteering at my own risk;
