Welcome to District Assembly at Loughborough University. This is your opportunity to learn more about Rotary, our future, and the changes we need to make to survive as an organisation.

There will be an opportunity for fellowship and meet Rotarians outside of your club and area.  Sharing ideas and breaking down barriers is the first step to retaining and attracting new members.

10:30 - Tea & coffee break

10:45 - Breakout sessions (from choice in registration form). This will include a New Member session

Registration is £5 per person, to cover refreshments during the event.

Lunch arrangements will be different this year, with a lighter lunch being served in the James France Exhibition Area, and charged at £12.60 per person. Lunch needs to be booked in advance on this form and paid for along with registration fees as below. The option to pre-book a lunch is no longer available. Lunches will not be available on the day.

Should a club not plan to pay for either delegates' registrations or lunches, then the delegates should register themselves individually.
If clubs wish to pay for delegates' registration but not lunches, it will be easiest to register them all here, pay for both registration and the lunches, then reclaim the cost of the lunches from your delegates yourselves.
