Terms & Conditions

1. Scope of Agreement

1.1 The Supplier agrees to supply to the Buyer as per the specifications and quantities agreed upon.

2. Order Placement

2.1 The Buyer shall place order atleast a week in advance, specifying the desired quantity, varieties etc. to ensure the timely delivery.

2.2 The Supplier shall confirm the availability of the requested items and provide an order confirmation to the Buyer within a reasonable time.

2.3 All the orders should be submitted via email to sales@flatwhite.qa

3. Minimum Order and Delivery

3.1 The Buyer agrees to meet a minimum order requirement of QR 500 for each delivery to qualify for free delivery.

3.2 In the event that the order amount falls below the minimum order requirement, the Buyer will be charged for the minimum order amount.

4. Delivery Schedule

4.1 The Supplier shall deliver on the agreed-upon delivery date and time as per the Buyer's order.

4.2 In the event of any delays or changes in the delivery schedule, the Supplier shall promptly notify the Buyer and provide a revised delivery timeframe.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 The Buyer shall make payments for the supplied invoices within a week from the date of invoice submitted.

5.2 Any late payments shall be subject to penalties or interest charges by 5% on invoice amount.

6. Notice of Discontinuation:

6.1 If the Buyer wishes to discontinue purchasing any items, they must provide an official notice to the Supplier at least one month (30 days) in advance.

7. Quality and Returns

7.1 The Supplier shall ensure that the agreed-upon quality standards.

7.2 In the case of any defective or substandard items, the Buyer shall promptly notify the Supplier and may request a replacement .

7.3 Any return request will be considered as voided if the Buyer contacts after 5 days of delivery.

8. Confidentiality

8.1 Both Parties agree to keep any confidential information obtained during the course of this Agreement strictly confidential and not disclose it to any third party without prior written consent.

9. Termination

9.1 Either Party may terminate this Agreement in the event of a material breach by the other Party by providing written notice period of 30 days.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

10.1 This Agreement shall be governed by the law of States of Qatar.

10.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the aforementioned jurisdiction.

11. Entire Agreement

11.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.
