Catering Menu Preferences
At TWR The ROYAL BITES, we are committed to providing exceptional service and unique, health-conscious catering experiences. To ensure the highest quality for all our clients, please review our policy before submitting your request:1. Booking TimelineWe recommend submitting catering requests at least 4 weeks in advance to secure availability. Last-minute requests (those submitted within 2 weeks of the event date) will be accommodated as our schedule permits but may be subject to menu, service adjustments, and a late booking fee.
2. Deposit & ConfirmationA non-refundable deposit of 35-50% is required to confirm your booking, and no booking is confirmed until the deposit has been received. Deposit details and payment instructions will be provided upon approval of your request.3. Final PaymentThe remaining balance is due 1 week before the event date. We accept credit cards, Zelle or cash, credit cards payment does have processing fees, which will be specified in the final invoice. Failure to submit the final payment on time may result in the cancellation of the booking.4. Menu AdjustmentsWhile we strive to meet all menu preferences, certain options may require flexibility based on the seasonality of ingredients and time constraints. We will communicate any necessary changes promptly and work with you to find suitable alternatives.5. Health & Dietary AccommodationsWe specialize in diabetic-friendly Trinbago-style menu options. Please indicate any specific dietary restrictions or allergies on your request form so we can best meet your needs.6. Cancellations & Rescheduling
7. Event Timing & DelaysWe work on a strict timeline to ensure the freshness and quality of our offerings. Delays beyond 30 minutes may incur additional charges to cover extended service and food quality preservation.8. Guest Count ConfirmationPlease confirm the final guest count no later than 5 days before the event. Significant changes to the guest count after this time may result in additional charges or adjustments to the menu.9. Service Staff & SetupIf your event requires service staff, please indicate this on your request. Additional fees may apply depending on the level of service required.10. Equipment & RentalsIf the event requires specific equipment or rentals (such as chafing dishes, serving utensils, or display items), please let us know in advance. We can coordinate rentals if needed, and associated fees will be incorporated into your final invoice.11. Food Safety & LeftoversFor health and safety, we recommend consuming any leftover food within 12 hours of service. If you’d like us to package leftovers, please inform us in advance; additional packaging fees may apply. TWR The ROYAL BITES is not responsible for food safety after the event concludes.12. Liability & DamagesTWR The ROYAL BITES is not liable for any damages or accidents occurring once food and drinks have been delivered or served at the event. We take utmost care in preparation and delivery but are not responsible for conditions once the catering is handed over.13. Special Event PricingPlease note that holidays, peak seasons, and special events may incur additional charges. We will inform you of any holiday fees at the time of booking.14. Event Day CommunicationFor any last-minute needs or updates on the event day, please contact us directly at (661)450-8054 or inform your designated point of contact.15.
