Thank you for your interest in coaching through the Rubiology Method™ with Stephanie Rubi R.E. This is a professional mentorship experience designed for individuals at various stages of their electrology journey.

The Rubiology Method™ Coaching & Mentorship includes a range of offerings, including virtual coaching calls, business and professional development guidance, observational learning, and, where legally permitted, in-person hands-on mentorship. Coaching pathways are customized based on your location, licensure status, and goals.

Unlike a school or certification course, this program is built around real-time guest care, skill refinement, and confidence building. Our method is rooted in delivering results-driven electrolysis for all skin tones, with a deep emphasis on working with:
- Rubiology Method™ two-handed technique
- Over-the-shoulder positioning, sitting, and standing posture
- Melanin-rich skin and textured hair
- PCOS, hormonal imbalances, and menopause-related growth
- Transgender and gender-diverse clients
- Sensitive skin protocols and trauma-informed practices
Not all applicants will be eligible for in-person or treatment-based mentorship, and eligibility will be determined during the review process.

Please note: a $29 non-refundable application fee is required to submit your application. This fee covers administrative review and processing of your submission. Submission of an application and payment of the application fee does not guarantee acceptance into the Rubiology Method™ Coaching & Mentorship program.

For electrologists participating in in-person, observational and guided mentorship, the use of loupes (magnification) is strongly recommended.

Working with magnification supports precision, visibility, and long-term ergonomics, and is part of the standard approach used within the Rubiology Method™.

Loupes are not required for virtual coaching, business mentorship, or general guidance, but are highly encouraged for those seeking improved visibility and precision in their work.

If you are new to magnification, Stephanie Rubi, R.E. recommends exploring:

Before purchasing, we recommend calling the company directly, letting them know you are a new electrologist, and sharing that Rubiology referred you. In many cases, they are able to offer a professional courtesy or new-practitioner discount.
