Do you have regular self-enquiry practices, e.g. meditation, yoga, qi gong? Please tell us about only those things that you feel you have (to some degree) integrated into your life.

This can be difficult to know before starting study with us, but to what degree do you think you'll be interested in commiting to longer term trainings (3 - 6 years) and becoming part of the community of the school? It may be that you need to do an Intro first to get a sense of this as a possibility, but any honest reply here is helpful to us.

Age range:

Do you have any emotional or physical limitations that may affect your ability to engage fully with the course? (Please note that if you are on psychoactive medication it is important to talk this through with us since group work of this nature may not be appropriate)
