Our wonderful high school students do such a great job leading our small groups but adults are needed to meet our adult/student ratio. Are you an adult available and willing to help us?
We will be taking walks during the week. If you would like your child to participate in these walks, please check "yes" to the following statement of consent and release of liability. As parent or legal guardian, you remain fully responsible for any legal responsibility that may result from any personal actions taken by the named student.
Publicity Release/Photos: From time to time.Publicity releases for newspaper, television, Facebook, our website and other media may be prepared about happenings at our parish. These may or may not be accompanied by photos or video of students. The releases maybe prepared by St. Patrick parishioners, staff or a media representative. I do give permission for all of the above student(s)’ name(s) and likeness(es)to be included in such publicity releases.
