Vendor Can Begin Set Up From: 9am
To Enssure We are Ready to Serve the Community, All Vendors MUST be set up no later than 10:45pm, day of the event.

Vendors are required to stay for the entire duration of the Fair.
Early breakdown is not permitted.

This is an INDOOR/OUTDOOR EVENT!

We highly encourage all vendors to help promote this event through social media, word of mouth, flyers, community boards, and other channels. The more we spread the word, the greater the success and impact of the event for everyone involved.
