Position Description

Title: Events & Hospitality Coordinator
Ministry: Spartanburg Young Adults
Mission: Answering Christ’s call to holiness, community, and serviceAge Range of Participants: 18–35 years

Overview:The Events & Hospitality Coordinator is a key leadership role that brings the ministry’s mission to life through intentional event planning and a spirit of warm welcome. This role requires organizational skills, a servant’s heart, and a passion for creating spaces where young adults feel at home and engaged in community.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee at least two social events per month
- Ensure hospitality at all events (snacks, drinks, welcoming newcomers, setup/cleanup)
- Coordinate with other team members and attend bi-weekly meeting
- Maintain a welcoming atmosphere for new attendees and help integrate them into the group
