Swimmer Drop From

If you need to drop from our team, please submit this form. Per SAC policy,
- We require 15 days notice to drop from the team and discontinue billing. Example: If you provide notice on May 15th that you will be leaving, you will drop from the team on May 31st. You will be billed for the entire month of May and you will not be invoiced for June.
- SAC does not hold spots for time off and re-enrollment is dependent on space available and is not guaranteed.
- Swimmers may drop ONE time per calendar year for up to a period of three months without paying the registration fee again when they return.
