Join us for an interactive Mentoring Network Session, “Ortho Mentorship Exchange - Real Conversations, Real Insights,” designed to bring early-career orthopaedic surgeons together with seasoned leaders in the field. This relaxed and engaging format places senior orthopaedic surgeons at round tables, ready to share their perspectives, experiences, and practical advice ona range of topics - from building a surgical career to navigating work-life balance and beyond. Participants are encouraged to circulate freely between tables, selecting mentors and discussions that align with their interests and questions. This is a unique opportunity to engage in open, honest dialogue with some of the most respected voices in orthopaedics – no presentations, no slides, just meaningful conversations.
  • Are you interested in participating in this session as a mentor or mentee?*

Building on last year’s successful format, we have invited junior surgeons and registrars to share the key questions and pressing topics they have always wanted to explore with senior colleagues. The session aims to create an open space to discuss real-world issues such as balancing career and personal life, navigating caree rprogression, and gaining practical insights into transitioning into private practice - all while maintaining a sustainable and fulfilling personal life.
