  • I agree to meet the M3 Camp policy which requires a 1:8 adult to student ratio. If I cannot, I agree to contact SBTC about potential assistance. I understand that these standards are in accordance with state law.*
  • I will update my total spots monthly, as prompted by the SBTC email reminders. Please understand that these are critical to how we assign cabins and meeting rooms, so the more accurate the number the closer to your camp, the better for everyone!*
  • I agree to reading the Camp Help pack, which is located on the M3 Camp website and will be forwarded upon completion of this registration. I will note the dates for payments, forms, and registration updates.*
  • I understand all deposits are non-refundable.*
  • I understand that late fees for unpaid balances are $50/registration spot and there is a fee of $50 for any additional spot requests 3-weeks out from your selected camp date.*
  • I understand that all campers, adults and children, must be registered for camp before the 3-week dates listed above. There are no additional penalties for late registration of campers. Furthermore, I understand that it is my responsibility, as the student group leader, to ensure that all required forms are completed and submitted prior to check-in at my selected camp. Any incomplete or missing documentation will be my sole responsibility to address. Required forms include, but are not limited to, camper registration, and camp specific medical form. If 18 years or older, a background check and child protection certificate are also required.*
  • I understand that all adults, that is, anyone 18 and older, attending camp must be able to provide through the church leader/representative a valid background check (within 12-months of your camp date) and a valid Child Protection Training Certificate (within 24-months of your camp date). These must be submitted to the M3 staff no later than 3-weeks before your selected camp date. Late submissions, documents presented at check-in, or last-minute requests will result in fees. If these cannot be acquired through the church, the SBTC can conduct one, but it is my, or the church group leader's, responsibility to request said documents. It is also my responsibility to see that the adult in need completes the necessary documents.*

  • Highland Lakes' and Glorieta registrations are at capacity and availablility for groups will be approved on a first come first serve basis. If you sign up today (as of 1/31/2026) you be placed on a waitlist.

    This deposit is refundable at any time if you pay today but are not granted the requested spots.

      These preliminary numbers are your best estimates. These are not final, but they will determine your first deposit.

      Deposits are non-refundable and serve to reserve the number of spots requested for your group at the selected camp. If your registration decreases after the deposit has been made, the deposit will not roll over or be applied toward your remaining balance.

      Your check should be dated for no later than a week of this completed registration or your requested registration spots will be released to other groups.
