• M3 Camp 2025 - Registration Update

    Please use this form to update your registration numbers.
  • IMPORTANT!

  • All churches must provide a final numbers and gender breakdown 1-month prior to their camp's selected start date. Your church will be responsible for the total cost of students registered at that time. The final number we have on file for your group is what your church will owe, that is why it is vitally important to keep this number accurate. 

    Payment Deadlines

    • Initial deposit // due at registration
    • Second deposit // March 9th - Mount Lebanon, April 13th - Highland Lakes or Glorieta.
    • Final Balance // These can be paid up to a week before your selected camp. You will receive an invoice from SBTC around the 3-week deadline and 1-week prior to your camp with your remaining balance.
    • Camper Registration // camper forms must be complete by the 3-week deadline. Any additional registrations after the deadline that exceeds your requested number of spots prior to the deadline will be considered late and may not be accepted due to campground capacity limits.
    • Church Registration Number Update 
    • M3 Camp policy requires that groups must have a group ratio of 1:8 adult sponsors to students and must meet the minimum of 2 male and 2 female adult sponsors for their group. If you cannot, please contact us at gbyrd@sbtexas.com
