  Initial deposit – ($100 x # registered spots) // Due at church group registration
  Second deposit (40% of final balance) // February 25th - Mount Lebanon, April 28th - Highland Lakes and Glorieta.
  Final Balance (remaining balance) // Between the 3-week deadline and before the 10-day countdown to your camp.
  
  Final Balances/Late Fee
  
  Registration balances must be paid no later than 10 days before your selected camp begins. The late fee is $50 per requested spot. Final invoices based on the most recent gender update will be sent out via email on/around the previously mentioned 3-week date.

Camp Registration Policies

Final Numbers & Gender Breakdown
- Due 3-weeks before camp.
- Your church is billed for the total registered at that deadline.
- That number is the final amount owed.
Additional Spots
- Requests after the 3-week mark are not guaranteed.
- We will try to accommodate, but space is limited.
Drop Date
- 3-weeks before camp.
- Students/sponsors not dropped by then must still be paid for.
- Changes (including gender breakdown updates) must be submitted through this form.
