Camper Spots consist of students and adults. Groups must have at least 1 24-year-old leader in their group. M3 Camp policy requires a 1:8 adult to student ratio. M3 also requires a minimum of 2 male adult sponsors and 2 female adult sponsors. These requirements meet state standards and encourage best safety practices among our church ministries.

I agree that I am financially responsible for any unused spots, that I will continue to provide accurate camper breakdowns for lodging needs, and I acknowledge the price per spot will increase to $375 per additional camper after that date. Mount Lebanon = May 7th; Highland Lakes (wk 1) = June 11th; Highland Lakes (wk 2) = June 11th; Glorieta = June 24th.

I understand that all campers, adults and children, must be registered for camp by the dates listed above. There are no additional penalties for late registration of campers, as that cost is included in the late registration fee for additional spots. Furthermore, I understand that it is my responsibility, as the student group leader, to ensure that all required forms are completed and submitted prior to or upon check-in at the designated camp. Any incomplete or missing documentation will be my sole responsibility to address. Required forms include, but are not limited to, camper registration, and camp specific medical form. If 18 years or older, a background check and child protection certificate are also required.
