Refund Policy Monthly Meetings (non-members):
Cancellation requests made more than 3 days in advance of the event date will receive a 100% refund. No refunds will be made within 3 days of the meeting date.

Transfers of registration are allowed and can be made by emailing scannsecretary@gmail.com and providing the current attendee’s name and person you wish to transfer your registration to. Member and non-member rates will apply to the transfer.
Note: Please allow one complete billing cycle before refunds appear on your credit card statement.
