Registration includes: full tuition for attendance, breakfast, refreshments at breaks, lunch, and parking. Continuing education units will be available after evaluations are submitted.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellation requests made more than 10 days in advance of the event date will receive a 100% refund minus a $25 administrative fee.
• No conference refunds will be made within 10 days of the conference date.
• Transfers of registration are allowed and can be made by emailing scannsecretary@gmail.com. Provide the current attendee’s name and person you wish to transfer your registration to. NOTE: Member and non-member rates will apply to the transfer.
• Send requests to scannsecretary@gmail.com.
• Please allow one complete billing cycle before refunds appear on your credit card statement.
