FOOD VENDORS: Only properly licensed food vendors are allowed this year. You must be pre-approved by the chamber of commerce prior to signing up!!
Space size is approx 10x10 for booths.
All booths will be organized through the efforts of the Screven County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.
ONLY ONE APPLIANCE/COOKER MAY BE HOOKED UP PER SPACE!!! This will be heavily implemented so plan accordingly!

Vendors are to register at the front steps of the Chamber NOT inside.
There is no rain date for the Christmas Extravaganza.
The downtown festival begins at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 14th. You may stop by the Chamber of Commerce after 1p.m. for directions to the designated site for your booth. No set-up may take place until 1:00 p.m. All booths must be set-up and all vehicles must be moved from the downtown area by 2:30 p.m.
FOOD SALES MUST STOP NO LATER THAN 7pm! You MUST have your space packed up and cleaned up by 8pm!
You must provide tables, chairs, trashcans, equipment, etc. for booths. You are responsible for clearing all trash from the area of your booth.
Any registration form received after the November 30, 2024 deadline will need to include a $20.00 processing fee.
Vendors that are preparing food will be assigned a site.
Cooking sources should be away from the public and cookers set responsibly.
Vendors that are preparing food are responsible for properly disposing of oil/grease. An oil bin will be available for use.
There will be absolutely no alcoholic beverages sold.
There will be absolutely no offensive material or merchandise sold.
All vendors must stay within their booth space.
The Board of Directors of the Screven County Chamber of Commerce does not guarantee that any vendor will be the exclusive seller of any type, brand, or variety of merchandise or food. There may be other vendors selling the same or similar items.
The Screven County Chamber of Commerce is not responsible for any accidents which may occur during the Christmas Extravaganza.
