Media Admission Pass Request
Thank you for your interest in covering the South Carolina State Fair, taking place October 15–25, 2026.

This request form is intended for individuals—including professional journalists, digital creators, and students—seeking a media admission pass for the purpose of covering the South Carolina State Fair.

All requests must be submitted at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to approval.

Additional Notes:
- An approved request grants one general admission only; standard gate rules (including our clear bag policy) apply, and professional camera/video equipment may require additional permissions per the guidelines linked above.
- Parking is not included.
- Due to operational demands, last-minute requests may not be approved and the South Carolina State Fair reserves the right to limit submissions.
