Vendor fee provides you with a 10x10 space to setup. All tents/canopies, tables, chairs, lighting, and display items are the responsibility of the vendor. Electric is available for $10 more while supply lasts. If you request electricity please sign up early and make sure to request it when filling out the form. We also recommend bringing approximately 50’ of extension cord to reach the power source.
This is an outdoor event and there are no refunds situations due to natural elements such as but not limited to: precipitation, wind, extreme temperatures, insects, or pests.
Vendors are responsible for their booths and products and although security is on premises during festival hours, we advise vendors to keep a close eye on your property to prevent damage and/or loss.
Safe Events for Families’ goal is to provide family friendly events in a safe environment therefore we ask that any products sold or displayed in your booth are appropriate for viewing by all ages. If a product is deemed inappropriate, you will be asked to remove it from your display.
When submitting your registration, you are agreeing to have your booth setup by the time festival starts and to remain setup during the entire festival.
In order to prevent attendance by more than one vendor selling a specific brand of item ( IE: Scentsy, Damsel in Distress, Plexus, etc.) we ask that you confirm with us that we do not yet have a vendor selling your item registered. You can do so by emailing us at seffvendors@gmail.com prior to registering. In the event that we receive two applications for the same product line, we will accept the vendor whose registration was received first and refund the latter.
