    Applications close Saturday, May 16 | Applicants will be notified if they are accepted or waitlisted by Thursday, May 21st  | Vendor registration and fees due by Monday, June 1 | If needed, waitlisted Vendors will be notified of participation needs between June 5 and June 15 | Vendor set-up is on Saturday, June 20 from 3:30pm - 5:00pm | Millcreek Pride Vendor Market is on Saturday, June 20 from 5:00pm - 10:00pm | Vendor take down is from 10:00pm - 11:30pm
  • Vendor / Small Business / Non-profit / Organization Information

    This is for ALL Vendors (except Food Trucks/Trailers), including Artist, Small Business, Non-Profit, Organization, Government Entity, Pre-prepared Food, etc. The Vendor fee for a 10x10 space is $60. This is for an outside booth. There are no indoor spaces, and 10x10 tents will not automatically be provided. Vendors can bring their own tent (and necessary weights), go without, or rent one from SLC Pride for $10. If vendors choose to rent one, they will be set up, and taken down, by the SLC Pride team. | Additionally, vendors should provide their own tables, chairs, and anything else needed for their booth. However, if you do need any tables or chairs please reach out to the SLC Pride Vendor Team at vendors@slc-pride.org | In the application, we will ask if you are able to pay the full Vendor fee, or if you will need a fee scholarship. Sharing that you will need a Vendor fee scholarship will not affect your acceptance, it will help us better understand the financial needs of our community and plan accordingly.
  • Food Truck / Trailer Information

    This is for Food Trucks and Trailers only. Note: if you are a Food Business that sells premade and prepackaged food items please follow the information and applications for Vendors / Artists / Small Businesses. The Food Truck/Trailer fee is $120 for an outdoor space. There are no indoor spaces available at this event. | Food Trucks/Trailers will NOT have access to electricity. If electricity is needed Food Trucks/Trailers will need to have their own generators. | In the application, we will ask if you are able to pay the full Vendor fee, or if you will need a fee scholarship. Sharing that you will need a Vendor fee scholarship will not affect your acceptance, it will help us better understand the financial needs of our community and plan accordingly.
  • Policies

    All Vendors can begin their setup at 3:30 pm and must have their booth completely setup by 4:50 pm. If, for whatever reason, Vendors need more than 80 minutes to setup, please reach out to us to discuss options. | Tents for shade cover are not provided. Vendors can bring their own tent, go without a tent, or rent one from SLC Pride for $10. If Vendors choose to rent a 10x10 from SLC Pride, the SLC Pride team will handle the setup and take down of those rented tents. | All Vendor spaces are outside, and there is no electricity available, unless Vendors bring their own generator. Additionally, Vendors may want to bring headlamps, flashlights, or camping lights to utilize during take down, as an extra precaution. | If accepted, Vendors are responsible for providing everyone needed for their setup and takedown, as well as everyone needed to run their booth for the entire event. SLC Pride will have some VolunQueers to help Vendors quickly unload their cars, but cannot guarantee any assistance beyond that. | Since this is an outdoor event, we require all vendors to have their own insurance. Proof of insurance needs to be sent with the Booth Registration form. Vendors can choose their own coverage and plan. However, if Vendors cannot show proof of Insurance in the Booth Registration form, we will choose a vendor, with insurance, from the waitlist to fill the uninsured Vendors place. SLC Pride and Millcreek Common are NOT liable if anything is lost, stolen, damaged, etc. | If you are accepted, all Vendors must fill out the Booth Registration Form, show proof of Insurance, and pay the Vendor Fee BEFORE June 1st. If Vendors are unable to do that, and have not reached out to the SLC Pride Vendor Team (vendors@slc-pride.org) to make another arrangement, your spot will be given to a waitlisted Vendor. | Continuing with this form will be your acknowledgement that you have read and understood our policies. Thank you!

    This section is for Vendors, Artists, and Small Business (including Vendors selling premade and prepackaged food items) wanting a 10x10 booth space. The 10x10 size is the only booth size we are offering this year for this event. Vendors are responsible for providing their own table, chairs, and tent (unless tent rental is chosen) as well as the people/muscle needed to setup and take down your booth. We will have a couple VolunQueers on site to quickly help Vendors unload their cars, but cannot guarantee any setup/take down help beyond that.

  • Unfortunately we will not have electricity access at Millcreek Common, and all Food Trucks/Trailers will need to have their own generator if electricity is needed.
  • As a 501(c)3 non-profit we are a 100% VolunQueer run organization. We have VolunQueers at every single event we throw, as well as working hard behind the scenes to keep SLC Pride going. Having ways to feed, reward, or incentivize our VolunQueers is EXTREMELY helpful! Would you be willing to donate food vouchers (for whatever you're comfortable with), a gift card, or a bulk amount of an item(s) to help feed our hardworking VolunQueers? Any support given helps offset food costs and means that we'll be able to put more money toward making SLC Pride FREE for everyone, as well as creating more LGBTQIA+ safe community events throughout the year.
