  • Policies

    • All Vendors, Youth Vendors, Nonprofits/Organizations, and Food Trucks are required to be there for the full event time (11:00 am - 5:00 pm). Takedown cannot begin until 5:00 pm.
    • Vendors, Youth Vendors, and Non-profit/Organizations load-in is from 8:00 am - 10:00 am, meaning, all vendors need to have their products and displays in the event space before 10:00 am.
    • Setup can then continue until we open at 11:00 am.
    • For Food Trucks, we ask that you arrive no earlier than 10:00 am. This will give other Vendors the ability to access the event space from multiple entrances. All Vendors and Food Trucks will have an hour and a half to break down (5:00 pm - 6:30 pm)
    • SLC Pride isn't liable if anything is lost, stolen, damaged, etc. Liability Insurance is not required, but recommended.
    • Viridian Event Space requires linens (tablecloths) on all tables. You can bring your own, in any color, or linens (and other items) can also be rented from the venue. It is $5 per linen for 3x6 tables, $7 per 3x6 table, and $1 per chair.
    • If accepted, you are responsible for providing everyone needed for your setup and takedown. As well as everyone needed to run your booth for the entire event.
    • If, for any reason, you need to pull out of the event after you've paid the fee, we must be notified a minimum of 5 days before the event (by Monday, November 23rd) to receive a fee refund. Due to the short notice to find a replacement, a refund will not be offered after Monday, November 23rd.
    • Continuing with this form will be your acknowledgement that you have read, understood, and accepted our policies.

For Artists, Small Businesses, Youth Vendors, and Vendors selling premade & prepackaged food items (If you make food to order please return to the previous page and choose the "Food Truck/Trailer/Tent" option, even if you are selling food to order in a trailer or tent)
  • Vendor fee: a 3x6 table or display (roughly a 6x6 space) is $70. We will also be offering a limited number of double table spaces (roughly a 6x12 space, two 3x6 tables) for $135.

Location Details: Viridian Event Space requires linens (tablecloths) on all tables. You are more than welcome to bring your own in any color. The suggested size is 85"x85" pulled all the way down to the ground in front, but this is not mandatory. White linens can also be rented from the venue for $5 (85"x85", fits 3x6 tables). They also have other items available to rent, if needed. It is $7 per 3x6 table, and $1 per chair. Please let us know if you will need to rent any items, and how many of each. The cost of those rentals will be added to your vendor fee.

Premade & Prepackaged Food Vendors: Viridian does not allow food vendors of any kind inside the event space. Patrons can purchase food outside and then go inside to enjoy it. As a result, food vendors will be in their outdoor amphitheater. We will have tents with walls setup creating an enclosed space for food vendors to setup their tables and displays. We will have a couple large heat lamps as well, but encourage vendors to bring space heaters, if possible, as there will be electricity available. Please email vendors@slc-pride.org for questions or clarification.

Scholarship: In the application, we will ask if you are able to pay the full vendor fee, or if you will need a fee scholarship. There are Partial Scholarship ($35) and Full Scholarship ($0) options available. Sharing that you will need a Vendor fee scholarship will not affect your acceptance. Scholarships won't be offered for double table spaces.

Mentorship Program: We will have a Vendor Mentorship program for Youth, and newer or inexperienced vendors to meet more experienced vendors. We will have a Vendor Mentorship Meeting on Wednesday, November 4th at 7:00 pm (location TBD). If you are interested in participating there are questions about how long you've been in business, if you are a first-time vendor or feel like you're inexperienced and want to have a mentor, or if you're a more experienced vendor and would be willing to be a mentor. Sharing that you're inexperienced or a first-time vendor will not affect your acceptance.

We want to encourage all the entrepreneurs in our community and help them have a really wonderful experience. Outside of a short "meet and greet", we really don't expect this to be very much additional time or effort, and you'll have a member of SLC Pride helping to support you in this role.
