3. Upgrade Evidence – Confirm that you have met the evidence requirements.

• Knowledge of your SLS Members Area Awards List, e.g., expiry dates.
• A current HLTAID010 Provide basic emergency life support listed in SurfGuard.
• Hold and be proficient in the SLSA Bronze Medallion.
• Hold a PUA21012 Certificate II in Public Safety (Aquatic Rescue) that aligns with the SLSA Bronze Medallion.
