As you will appreciate, our learning opportunities are planned and delivered by our volunteer training team. A lot of time goes into planning our learning opportunities to make them happen. Please only book onto this learning if you absolutely intend to block the time out of your schedule and honour your commitment to attend.

Places on our first aid courses are in very high demand and are offered on a first come first served bsasis. Disappointingly, we constantly have people that book onto our learning and cancel their place or do not turn-up and this means that someone who is waiting to complete the training could have taken part.

To help manage the demand for places on our courses and in the hope of running full sessions we have a £12.00 per person booking fee to attend this training. This fee is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another course, as stated in the terms of booking. The funds raised from the fee helps ensure that the costs assocaited with providing our annual programme of first aid training does not need to be added to the county's annual membership fee.

Should you need to cancel and book onto another course you will need to rebook and pay the booking fee again.

As you will understand, everyone has their reason should they need to cancel, so for this reason, we can not and do not make any exceptions.
