The county is pleased to be able to provide access to Online Scout Manager free of additional cost to each section of each group and each explorer scout unit in the county.

I agree NOT to share the license key with the other sections in my group, or our partnered Explorer Scout Unit (if applicable), and note that they need to independently apply using this form to gain access.
I understand that in order for the county to maintain the provision of OSM access, in the long term, each section in my group or explorer units needs to apply individually to use the county OSM license key.
Please enter the 'Ideal Size' for your section. This information really helps us ensure you receive enquiries to join when you want them, and redirect them when your section is full. if this is left empty we will assume your ideal section size is the maximums listed in POR: for Squirrels-24, Beavers-24, Cubs-36, and we will work on 36 for Scouts, and no limit for Explorers.
We ask for your personal data (PD) to facilitate your registration for an OSM license. We’ll use your email address to provide you with information related to this. We’re committed to protecting the privacy of all PD you provide and we will not share your PD with other organisations unless you consent to sharing it. Your PD will be retained by the County for up to seven years after submission of this form in order to facilitate our records and future planning.
