I hereby certify that I am an 1818 High School Coordinator.
I acknowledge that I am submitting the request for student scholarships in adherence to my high school's own policy and SLU's policy for 1818 Student Scholarships.
I acknowledge that I have discussed the scholarship award, scholarship process, and timeline of appropriation of funds by SLU with the student and/or family.
I acknowledge that it is the student's responsibility to check their tuition balance to see if the award has been processed and applied.
I fully understand that any error of information submitted may result in students not receiving their scholarship, student being dropped, student making a partial payment and forced to adhere by SLU payment policies, or voiding the scholarship benefit for my institution.
