    We’re thrilled that you’re interested in our PR, Media, Sponsorship and Marketing opportunities for SALUTE 53!

    If it’s your first time, welcome to SALUTE, we hope your first experience is everything you hoped! For the grizzled veterans, we’re pleased to see you back on the show floor growing the hobby, sharing your gaming creations and selling your amazing products to all the guests.

    We have a variety of PR opportunities and sponsorship options which you can read more about below by selecting those you're interested in. At the end, you'll be sent an automated email to confirm your interests and our team will follow up to discuss further.

    Don't worry, you can submit this form multiple times or update a previous submission if you later decide you wish to take advantage of further opportunities.

  • (NEW) Trader Stand Bag

    (NEW) Trader Stand Bag

  • We always provide visitors and clubs with SALUTE goodie bags, and this year we want to make sure that traders can get something too. The Trader Bags will include a show programme and official miniature - courtesy of the SALUTE team. We are then looking for donations to put into this Trader Bag.

    Last year we put together over 150 trader bags but they weren't all collected. So this year we're going to do 100 in a limited run. Once again you'll be able to collect these from our info desk in the middle of the hall.

    This is an opportunity for traders to make new contacts, and promote services and products to other businesses by the inclusion of your business card, promotional leaflet, product sample or whatever works for you. If you can't attend the event, this is also a great way to have a small presence at the show.

    We will then add your items in all 100 bags reserved for just the traders. The more exhibitors who get involved with this, the better these Trader Bags are going to be.

    In order to make sure that our packing team can put all your leaflets/items into the Trader Bags, we would need everything delivered to our packing site by 1st March 2026.

  • Digital Miniature(s) STLs

  • We always provide an official physical miniature in our SALUTE goodie bags and with the rise of 3D printing in recent years we’ve opened up space at the event for a digital miniature.

    Last year was a great success and we are looking to make this a staple of SALUTE moving forward.

    We are looking for a sculptor to provide a free STL of a digital miniature (28mm-32mm scale) in keeping with the upcoming SALUTE theme. We are looking for an original sculpt made for the event - being able to match one of the characters on our official SALUTE artwork is the dream for us.

    Your STL needs to be made available for FREE via your website on the day of the event and can then be sold by you as normal after the event.

    This opportunity is ideal for budding scupltors who wish to get recognised at a large event. We will include you in our pre-show PR on our website and social media channels and provide a highlight of your work in our show guide alongside a QR code where visitors can go to download your miniature. This QR code will drive increased traffic to your website.

    As with the official SALUTE miniature, we would still like to get pictures of the physical prints of the miniature into the show guide. With this in mind, the deadline for getting your digital miniature into the show guide is 31/11/2025.

    Note: We’ll look to confirm providers for this by the start of November.

  • We always provide an official physical miniature in our SALUTE goodie bags. It has been a staple of our event for many years and has even become something of a collector's item.

    Each year we look to commission a sculptor and a manufacturer to produce the miniature which is featured on our logo. If you are a sculptor, a manufacturer or have the capacity for both - we'd love to add you to our shortlist.

  • We always have visitors waiting in the queue at the start of the event and they love to read through the material in their bags during this time. We can put a limited number of leaflets into the show goodie bags, and you may supply a leaflet of maximum size A5.

    Minimum quantity: 500. Maximum quantity: 6000.

    We will put these in the first bags to be distributed and will charge our packing costs of 8p per leaflet.

    SPECIAL OFFER – To continue our support of small businesses as first time attendees, we are offering FREE packing for up to 300 leaflets for any first time exhibitors.

    Then, in order to make sure that our packing team can put all the leaflets into the bags, we would need all of the leaflets are delivered to our packing site by 1st March 2026.

  • Our visitors love looking through the material in their bags and then after the show we often see posts on social media about what folks might have got in their goodie bags - we even have visitors asking after specific bags at the entrance to get their desired freebies from their favourite creators! Your goodies are definitely well received!

    Minimum quantity: 100. Maximum quantity: 6000.

    We will put your items in the first bags to be distributed and all packing costs will be FREE. We will also include you in our pre-show goodie bag PR.

    Then, in order to make sure that our packing team can put all the items into the bags, we would need all of the items are delivered to our packing site by 1st March 2026.

  • Goodie Bag 'Golden Tickets'

  • We always have visitors waiting in the queue at the start of the event and they love looking through the material in their bags during this time - if they find a Golden Ticket it's a special moment and can totally make their day!

    Minimum quantity: 1. Maximum quantity: 10.

    We suggest that you provide golden tickets with a value of around £25+ per ticket. This ticket should be exchanged at your stand and only on the day of the show. This is a great moment to generate some buzz on your social media channels.

    We will put your Golden Tickets in random bags during the event setup. There is no packing cost for this. In order to make sure that our volunteers can put all the tickets into the bags, we would need all of the tickets delivered to the SALUTE team NO LATER than Friday 10th April 2026.

  • Hobby Heroes Panel Sponsorship

    Hobby Heroes Panel Sponsorship

  • The Hobby Heroes panel discussion are growing in popularity with each event. We are looking to use panel sponsorship to continue funding the stage area, audio-visual setup and event expenses for our lovely guests.

    As a sponsor, your business will be advertised on our webiste, emails and social media channels. You will be able to sync your own marketing to ours and inform your followers that you will be officially sponsoring the SALUTE Hobby Heroes panels.

    We will include you in our "thank you to our sponsors" in our show guide and website and we'll feature you on our Hobby Heroes section: https://southlondonwarlords.co.uk/salute-hobby-heroes

    During the event your logo will feature on the panel schedule, you will receive special thanks between panels and we will allow banners and leaflets to be displayed in the stage area.

    In order to make sure that opportunities for sponsoring the SALUTE Hobby Heroes Panel remain open and fair, we have set values:

    We are looking to accept a sole sponsor at a £1600 donation.

    OR we will accept two separate sponsors at £700 donations each.

    Part sponsors will be chosen at random from those requesting, but we will also listen to preferred partnership requests.

    If we receive an offer for preferred sole sponsorship, we will look to accept this over a partnership. But if we have multiple parties offering to be the sole sponsor of the panels then, in the interest of fairness, we will select the sole sponsor at random.

    (Please note: to keep SALUTE opportunities open to others, if you are already selected as a sole sponsor for the painting competition then we will look to prioritise another sole sponsor for the panels.)

  • The Salute Painting Competition is a key highlight of the event and is covered by press visitors both on the day and in some post-show media. We use the competition sponsorship to fund the medals and trophies for our awesome competitors as well as other costs for running this part of the event.

    As a sponsor, your business will be advertised on our social media channels. It will also feature at the top of the SALUTE 53 competition visual spoiler on our website.

    You will be able to sync your own marketing to ours and inform your customer base that you will be officially sponsoring the SALUTE painting competition.

    During the event we will allow banners and leaflets to be displayed at the painting competition and you will receive special thanks during the award ceremony.

    In order to make sure that opportunities for sponsoring the SALUTE Painting Competition remain open and fair, we have set values:

    We are looking to accept a sole sponsor at a £2800 donation.

    OR we will accept two separate sponsors at £1300 donations each.

    Part sponsors will be chosen at random from those requesting, but we will also listen to preferred partnership requests.

    If we receive an offer for preferred sole sponsorship, we will look to accept this over a partnership. But if we have multiple parties offering to be the sole sponsor of the Painting Competition then, in the interest of fairness, we will select the sole sponsor at random.

  • The SALUTE Game Awards is covered by press visitors both on the day and in some post-show media. We use the competition sponsorship to fund the medals/trophies and prizes for the clubs who dedicate their time to building and running such amazing games.

    As a sponsor, your business will be advertised on our social media channels. It will also feature at the top of the SALUTE 53 Game Awards visual spoiler on our website and in any printed media covering the Game Awards.

    You will be able to sync your own marketing to ours and inform your customer base that you will be officially sponsoring the SALUTE Game Awards.

     

    In order to make sure that opportunities for sponsoring the SALUTE Painting Competition remain open and fair, we have set a value.

    We are looking to accept a sole sponsor at a £500 donation.

    The sponsor will be chosen at random from those requesting.

    (Please note: to keep SALUTE opportunities open to others, if you are selected as a sole sponsor for the game awards and are also looking to be the sole sponsor the panel show and/or painting competition then we may look to prioritise another sole sponsor for the other events.)

  • SALUTE Bags Sponsorship

    SALUTE Bags Sponsorship

  • The SALUTE bags are given to every visitor, attending club member and trade stand on the day. We produce about 6000-7000 of them, they are carried throughout the show and across London. We use the bag sponsorship to help fund the printing and packing of these bags.

    As a sponsor, your business will be advertised on these bags, featured on our social media channels, on our website and presented in our show guides.

    You will be able to sync your own marketing to ours and inform your customer base that you will be officially sponsoring the SALUTE bags.

     

    In order to make sure that opportunities for sponsoring the SALUTE remain open to all, we have set a value for this donation.

    - We are looking to accept up to 2 sponsors at a £1000 donation each.

    (We are also open to reviewing offers of product up to £1350 which we use to reward our hard working volunteers.)

    We will often look to secure these sponsors early so we can review colours and printing costs associated with our artwork and your logos - so in some cases we might look to align on a colour palette that matches your branding.
