NOTE: No stand frames will be provided - you will need to bring your own tents, tables, chairs, etc. Spaces of 10'x20' will be provided. Should you require additional space, please request multiple spaces to accomodate your needs.
Entrance Fee is $100* per vendor for the entire event! Checks are payable to "Amity Township". Credit Cards are acceptable, by calling (610) 953-0046.
There is no charge for Non-profit Organizations. Handouts and "freebies"are encouraged.
IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED BY THE COMMITTEE**; AND, TO ENSURE A SPOT ON OUR MIDWAY, PLEASE SUBMIT THIS FORM AND REMIT PAYMENT (Vendors will be considered in the order received). INSURANCE AND SERVE SAFE CERTIFICATES CAN BE UPLOADED ALONG WITH THIS ELECTRONIC SUBMISSION. PAYMENT (and FORMS) MAY BE MAILED OR DROPPED OFF AT THE TOWNSHIP OFFICE, 2004 WEAVERTOWN ROAD, DOUGLASSVILLE.
*Refunds will be issued if the CDC, PA Dept. of Health or another governmental agency's order(s) prohibit the event from taking place! If you remain a vendor for both days, a refund will be issued for your registration.
**The Committee reserves the right to deny/modify applications for reasons such as duplication or unsuitable activities (at the sole discretion of the committee).
