Equipment Usage Policy
Legos: Please return legos separated and unwahsed. Please do not use sprays to disenfect. It leaves a sticky residue and may not dry completely before closing them back up.
Inflatables: If used outside or soiled in any way, please wipe down and make sure they are completely dry before packing.
Pick Up/Drop Off: Pick up and drop of location is determined by your area. Your Area Event Director will connect with to make arrangements.
If picking up at the Network Office in Springfield. The office is open Monday - Thursday 8am - 4:30pm and Friday 8am-12pm. If you need to make a different arragnement, please email the office at cmd@somoag.org.
Return Date: Please plan to return the items to the office within 2 weeks of your event.
Approval: After your request has been received, the Area Event Director will contact you. Please submit your request at least 2 weeks in advance.
