Here's the current plan for the week:
Tuesday, June 20
- 8am-5pm = Facility Refresh - including painting, clean out, etc. (20-25 volunteers)
- Evening (Time TBD) = Prayer Meeting (All welcome)
Wednesday, June 21
- 8am-5pm = Facility Refresh - including painting, clean out, etc. (20-25 volunteers)
- 9am-Noon & 1pm-3pm = Street Evangelism (30-60+ volunteers)
- 1pm-4:30pm = Youth Basketball Skills Clinic (20-25 volunteers)
- 3:00pm-5:30pm = Youth Baseball Skills Clinic (about 20 volunteers)
- 6:00 to 8:00 pm – International Worship Service (Berea Temple)
Thursday, June 22
- 8am-5pm = Facility Refresh - including painting, clean out, etc. (20-25 volunteers)
- 9am-Noon & 1pm-3pm = Street Evangelism (30-60+ volunteers)
- 1pm-4:30pm = Youth Basketball Skills Clinic (20-25 volunteers)
Friday, June 23
- 9am-Noon & 1pm-3pm = Street Evangelism (30-60+ volunteers)
- 10am-3pm = Convoy of Hope Grocery Packing (25-50+ volunteers)
- 4:30pm = Volunteer Appreciation Rally
- 6pm-8pm = Youth Evangelism Service/Rally (30-50 volunteers - ideally from sports clinics)
Saturday, June 24
- 10am-1pm = Community block party - includes inflatables, games, free lunch, worship, gospel message & grocery distribution (50+ volunteers x 2 locations)
