Intertribal Native American Powwow: Celebrating the Indigenous Peoples of Turtle Island

This event will be held at York, PA's Kiwanis Lake Park September 13, 2020 between 10:00 AM & 8:00 PM. It will be an extraordinary event that the entire family will enjoy. Special highlights will be Traditional Native American Dancers, Singers and Drummers.

Remembering Our Ancestors of Middle Passage Commemoration 

This event will take place on June 12, 2021 at Foundry Park in York, PA between the hours of 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM. Libations will be poured in honor of our ancestors. This event will also feature a drummers circle and spoken word. 

By filling out this form and providing your electronic signature your agree to the following terms: 

• Merchant-Product Vendors agreement to remit non-refundable $50 pre -registration fee before December 31st / non-tefundable $75 regular registration fee before and no later than June 7th to fiscal agent and with Money orders being pre-approved thereof. Information Only Vendors NO FEE. Performers / Presenters - FEE WAIVED. Areas must be thoroughly cleaned after event to avoid a damage fee of $50 to fiscal agent. 

• FOOD TRUCKS, FOOD VENDORS must follow same fee schedule and expectations. All food related Vendors must thoroughly clean and remove trash from area to trash receptacles to avoid a damage fee of $50 to fiscal agent. Food related vendors must obtain a Vendors permit from the City of York and must have all proper and original permits present on the day of event for health & food inspection purposes. Scan a copy of your menu and the City's permit once received.
  
  

• ALL VENDORS agree to arrive at Kiwanis Lake, unload vehicle(s) on grounds and then park vehicles on Newberry and Madison Streets, never at the Boys Club across the street. Ample parking is available. Arrival time for food vendors to set-up / check-in as early as 7:00am, no later than 8:00am to be ready to vend by 10am. Other Vendors arrive no later than 9am. All vendors be ready to vend by 11am. If any agreement item has not been scanned and approved by The World Alliance of Indigenous Peoples (hereafter referred to as WAIP, Inc  | Seeds of Fatih Ministries (hereafter reffered to as SOFM) and the City Inspector or not properly posted, we reserve the right to disallow you to operate as a business.

• PROVISIONS: WAIP, Inc. | SOFM, Inc. will designate Food vendors at the entrance and midway along the walk and grass area. Generators must be placed away from vendors distracting from being able to also enjoy the event. Other vendors freely locate your space to create and vend. All vendors are responsible for providing your own materials: tables, chairs, tents, canopy, canvas, extension cords, generators, display easels, electronics, table covering long enough to hide storage boxes/bins etc. Donate at least one item for silent auction/raffle to help promote your business and business of the ICF EXPO.

• WAIP, Inc. | SOFM, Inc. will expect a 1% sponsorship claim (honor system based) of Vendor's generated sales during this event which will support the non-profit projects that are hosted during event and projected annual ICF EXPO events. Vendor's will receive advance notification and a fee refund of $25.00 if, for any reason, this event is canceled or postponed outside of weatherization or severe circumstances by The World Alliance of Indigenous Peoples, Inc. | SOFM, Inc.

AGREED AND ACCEPTED

The undersigned agrees to follow all rules, expectations and provisions set forth within the "International & Culture Festival EXPO", "Remembering Our Ancestors of Middle Passage" and the "Intertribal Native American Powwow". In addition, the individual applicant and/or members, partners, associates of the organization agree to indemnify and hold harmless SOFM, Inc., and or The World Alliance of Indigenous peoples, Inc. or any applicant, members, partners , associations aligned with SOFM, Inc. and/or  The World Alliance of Indigenous Peoples and their agents from and against all claims, losses, liabilities, expenses, including attorney fees and court costs, arising from any circumstances occurring during any of the three events mentioned in this paragraph.
