Hope Promoter Track Nomination Form

Purpose: The Hope Promoter Track is a year-long pilot designed to intentionally develop high school mentor/mentee matches through mentor-led activities, shared experiences, and a supportive cohort. We are looking for matches who demonstrate a desire to grow, will engage throughout the year, and are open to exploring leadership, faith, and opportunities beyond their current experiences.

This nomination form is not a commitment. Our selection committee will review nominations to decide who we will invite to our information webinar happening the evening of Tuesday, Sept 1st. This is where mentors and mentees will learn all the nuts and bolts and exciting incentives – after the webinar, a match will decide if they want to apply.
