In order to perform the professional services required to design and arrange your travel experience, a non-refundable research fee is required, and it is not applied to your vacation package balance. This fee includes up to two destination changes. Vacation planning involves a great deal of time. Our work is based on years of personal experience and professional expertise. We research cruises, hotels, tours and activities to meet your specific needs, contact suppliers, coordinate transportation, draft itineraries and much more. We provide itineraries; vacation plans and tailored travel arrangements that give travelers peace of mind and save them time.
If you choose not to book through us for any reason (decide not to go, booked elsewhere, was just “window shopping”, etc.) then the research fee will be retained by us as payment for services rendered. The research fee is valid for 30 days. Otherwise, we will consider the request canceled. If you reconvene anytime thereafter, a new research fee will be due.
Once the research fee is obtained and flight arrangements are secured, World Wide Travel with Keturah Travel Agency will:
*Send flight itinerary information.
*Check all parties in for flights.
*Communicate any travel changes via email or text (your preference).
*Send a courtesy, 24-hour prior reminder, with travel documents.
