The Process.

After submitting your order, you will receive an invoice via email from the ss+d Accounting Department. Upon receipt of payment, your custom order will then proceed into the art queue to begin the digital design of your custom proofs! You will receive your proof(s) via email when they are finalized and ready for your review. (on average this is about a 10-14 day turnaround) From that point, you will work diligently with our Design team on any requested revisions you may have until you absolutely LOVE your design + provide your approval to PRINT!
Turn-Around Times:

Please keep in mind that your order is a completely Custom Design, with that being said - we appreciate a minimum of 10-14 days to process your order from the time your order reaches our art department following receipt of payment to allow for ample design, revision, production and shipping time. Since our pricing structure allows for unlimited revisions to your artwork, the turn-around time frame varies based on the number of revisions you request, however we always do our best to accommodate your requested delivery date. We are ALWAYS happy to HUSTLE - so please contact us if you require your order to be EXPEDITED; if we can make it happen - we most certainly will!
