By submitting myself for a sponsorship, I agree to the below terms:

1) Scholarship funds are not redeemable for any cash value

2) Scholarship is only valid for current registration session and may not be deferred

3) If you are unable to accept the scholarship for any reason, we musy be notified within 30 days so we can offer the funds to another dancer.

4) If at any point, the dancer does not complete the full session (some exceptions may be made based on circumstance), the value of the scholarship must be paid in full to Studio House Barrie, and will be used to sponsor an additional dancer in the following session.

5) I understand that by submitting myself for a sponsorship, that is does not guarantee one.

With the increasing need for assistant, we at Studio House Barrie will do our best to accomodate those in need. We ask that you keep in mind that we can only sponsor students based on the value of donations/fundraising we have raised. As a small business, we cannot afford to support every dancer in need - as much as we wish we could.

Dancers selected will recieve an email from Studio House Barrie before registration opens for the next session, unless registration has already opened to the public in which we will contact those we can support asap.
