Request Post Accident Testing
Please note that we can't assure you that we'll find an open testing location close to your driver. But, we'll do our best to do so. Most locations are only open between 8-5 local time.

If we aren't able to get them scheduled in to complete their breath alcohol test within the required amount of time, we'll cancel that portion of the request and refund you $45.

We'll also provide you with a letter to retain in your files showing that we did attempt to schedule the testing as soon as possible after the driver was released from the scene of the crash.
