The Southern Utah Home Builders Association is excited to now be offering room reservations to our members at no cost! Please read the following information carefully before submitting a room reservation request. Reservations will not be valid until form is completed and you have received email confirmation that the request has been approved.
SUHBA will do their best to accomodate requests, but cannot guarantee use of rooms if request conflicts with other scheduled meetings or events. Rooms may be limited depending on demand. Please allow staff up to one week to process requests.
General Availability/SUHBA office open: Monday-Thursday, 9am-5pm. Closed major Holidays
By submitting this form you agree to the following Terms of Use:
- Your company must have an active membership with the Southern Utah Home Builders Association.
- Company will not exceed use of room past allotted time slot.
- Company agrees that all members of your party will take phone calls either in the Education Lobby or outside the building.
- Company agrees to be responsible for any damages that occur to furniture or equipment during use.
- Company agrees to leave meeting room clean and free from debris.
- Members will have access to restrooms and water fountain located in the Education Lobby.
- Smart TV's are available in some rooms - please bring your own laptop and HDMI cord.
