Strategic Planning Session 2024
The purpose of the Strategic Planning Session* is for the pastor, associates, church board, and ministry leaders to engage in conversation about the ministry of the church and its response to the Great Commission of Jesus Christ. Please arrange to share together in a significant time of interactive conversation within the following areas.
*The Local Church/Pastor Relationship
122. Every year, the pastor and the church board shall conduct a planning session to renew the expectations and goals of the church and the pastor. Such written understanding shall be on file with the district superintendent. (Church of the Nazarene Manual - 115.2, 129.4)
