3b. WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED: Booth fees do NOT include flooring, furniture, electrical power, or Wi-Fi.
4. ELECTRICAL POWER: Power is ordered separately through the venue's electrical contractor. Vendors requiring power must order in advance. There will be NO power on show day unless arranged in advance.

In exceptional cases, and at SAB's sole discretion, SAB may offer a credit toward a future SAB event. Such credits are not guaranteed, are non-transferable to other parties, expire 12 months from the original event date, and do not apply to no-shows or last-minute cancellations (within 30 days of event).
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to SAB.
7. FORCE MAJEURE: In the event that SAB Magazine must postpone the show due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, venue closures, or other unforeseen events), the new show date will be communicated to all vendors and your payment will automatically transfer to the rescheduled date.
In the event that SAB Magazine must cancel the show entirely, vendors will receive a full refund of their booth payment within a reasonable time frame.
