    As a unified team at Salon Au, it means that all staff members—stylists, assistants, receptionists, and management—work together cohesively toward common goals, such as providing excellent client experiences, maintaining a positive work environment, and supporting each other’s success.

    ​For Salon AU, a unified team would mean creating an atmosphere where every stylist and staff member feels valued, supported, and empowered to grow their career while maintaining the salon’s elevated and relaxing vibe.

    ​This means our Salon Au Policies are to protect the stylists servicing you as the client and also keep client boundaries reasonable but professional.

    ​Thank you for understanding and your cooperation.

    48 hours Cancellation Policy:
    We understand that things happen we will show grace when needed however each stylist will have their own grace with their rebooking policy to protect their business from last minute cancellations.

    ​Booking Fees: 
    ​​All booking fees must be paid with in 12 hours of appointment request. Failure to pay will result in denied booking. This fee is to reserve your appointment spot. Cancellation, lateness & no show policies will be in-effect and the booking fee is NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE.

    ​​NO SHOW Policy:
    If you NO SHOW your stylist there will be consequences to be considered a client again.

    Redo Policy:
    Clients have 48 hours to contact us about any adjustments to their hair. Please note each stylist has their own more detailed policy in place for each client. Please refer to your stylist for more info.

    Refunds Policy:
    ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS on any services! Only Adjustments to any hair services performed.

    All retail sales are final!

    Credit Card Disputes:
    If you do a fraud credit card dispute towards any hairstylist against any services performed in Salon AU. We will take any legal measures like theft of services charges and small claims court to get back any money stolen from the stylists. Legal fees, loss of wages and unpaid services or retail costs will be paid by client if we win case.

    Camera:
    There is a camera recording at all times to protect stylist and clients and can be used to show proof of services or anything we need to use in court for charges of theft.

    Children’s Policy:
    We love children, however sometimes a salon is not a place where they can be kids. If they are not getting a service please have adequate childcare so everyone can have a relaxing experience at the salon. If your child is misbehaving we will ask you to have someone pick them up. If they break anything that is of value you as their parent YOU WILL be liable to cover the cost of replacing that item.
