2026 PFC Convocation Online Early Registration

This form is designed to register from 1 primary registrant up to 30 additional registrants all in one payment. All additional registrants will be considered group registered under the primary registrant. All payment and receipt verification information will be emailed to the primary registrant (only).
Early / Pre-Registration Prices (everyone is encouraged to register before the early / pre-register cut off date)

Adult Registration (Ages 21+) = $30 Youth (Ages 13 - 20) = $20 Children (Ages 2 - 12) = $10

Please Note: Pre-Registration cut off date is May 18, 2026. After May 18, 2026 all registrant's price increases by $15.

After Pre-Registration cutoff date and Onsite Registration Prices Adult Registration (Ages 21+) = $45 Youth (Ages 13 - 20) = $35 Children (Ages 2 - 12) = $25
