Community Resource Connection Interest Application
Do you provide services to help support the basic needs of our neighbors? Many who face food insecurity are also in need of additional support in areas such as housing, education, healthcare, workforce development, and family support. Our outreach partners are invited to attend our food distributions and conduct community outreach to individuals and families receiving food assistance from the San Diego Food Bank.
