- Felony or misdemeanor convictions for crimes of violence, sex offenses, or drug-related offenses.
- Non-violent felony convictions within the past 10 years.
- Misdemeanor convictions for crimes of moral turpitude in the past 5 years.
- Currently on any type of probation or parole for any felony.
- Currently on any type of probation or parole for any misdemeanor involving a crime of moral turpitude.
