the practical part ... * This field is required.please acknowledge studio policies with ✔️.
cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment for refund of deposit; at least 24 hours to transfer deposit to a new appointment date (reschedule only - no cancellation); if within 24 hours - the deposit is kept (a new deposit will be required to reschedule); within 2 hours/no show - 100% payment is required and future bookings will require full pre-payment (above cancellation & rescheduling conditions apply.)
a 50% deposit (of total amount) is required for all appointment bookings. once appointment is planned, i’ll let you know the amount to send to hello@fair-main.com. the remainder can be paid by cash or e-transfer on day of the appointment. any changes or add-ons made during your appointment that would result in a change of the total price will be added to remainder to be paid the day of.
appointments are booked for a specific service(s) as determined in booking, deposit is calculated accordingly - in a case of multiple services, unless indicated prior to above cancellation times - all services must be completed during appointment and/or total remaining amount must still be paid.
all appointment durations are noted in service details, please ensure your time has been allocated accordingly. if you have a time restraint let me know ASAP (preferably before, at latest when you arrive) so we can ensure we say on time - but for most services time indicated is the minimum and cannot be expedited if completed correctly.
appointments are sent via a calendar invite by email from fairmainappointments@gmail.com and a text sent within 24-48 hours of booking (i try to be earlier than later) confirming the date & time as well as the studio address.
15+ minutes late for an appointment is considered a no show/cancellation. full payment will be required. please let me know as early as possible of any timing issues, late or early! i will do my best to do as much of an appointment as possible within the allocated appointment time, if possible. if not, we can reschedule.
