  • The Jeffco CTC Youth Town Hall is an annual event planned by and for youth in Jefferson County, Colorado. This event asks youth about their thoughts and experiences on a variety of topics, including coping, mental health, substance use, support from trusted adults, and more. 

    Jefferson County Communities That Care (Jeffco CTC) is a county-wide coalition who's mission is - in partnership with youth - to improve health, safety, and wellness in Jefferson County.

  • If you are 11 - 17, we will need a parent/guardian's signature on your paperwork in order for you to participate. Including your parent/guardian's email below allows Jeffco CTC staff to email paperwork to your parent/guardian directly for a signature. If you do not know your parent/guardian's email right now, you can still complete this form and Jeffco CTC staff will reach out to you later to get that information from you.

  • The Jeffco CTC Youth Town Hall 2025 Planning and Promotion Team will plan, host, and facilitate the Youth Town Hall on April 3, 2025. It is a great opportunity to help create a space for teens to share their thoughts, experiences, and ideas about issues impacting your community!

    Being part of the Youth Town Hall 2025 Planning Team will include weekly meetings on Thursdays from January 9, 2025 - April 10th, 2025 (There will not be a meeting on Thursday, March 20, 2025 due to Spring Break.). Most meetings will be held virtually from 4 – 6:00pm; however, the Youth Town Hall (April 3,2025) and the meeting the week prior (Thursday, March 27,2025) will be in person. Meetings will be used to plan the topics to be discussed; to develop questions to be asked; and to help create promotional materials, like flyers and social media posts. You must be 11-22 years old to participate.

    Compensation of up to $400.00 is available for youth who participate on the 2025 Planning Team!

    There are 12 spots available for the Planning Team. Please indicate below if you are interested in being on the Planning Team and you will be included in a drawing to be randomly selected to participate on the Planning Team Anyone who is interested as well as those who are not selected for the Planning Team are welcome to join the Promotion Team. 

    The Jeffco CTC Youth Town Hall Promotion team will help promote the Youth Town Hall as well as help coordinate and facilitate during the event. As part of the Promotion Team, you will be asked to attend the Youth Town Hall run-through (on Thursday, March 27, 2025) as well as the Youth Town Hall (Thursday, April 3, 2025). 

     Compensation of up to $100.00 is available for youth who participate on the 2025 Promotion Team!
