Art Now Fine Art Fair 2026 Volunteer Form

    Thank you for volunteering your time at the 11th edition of the Art Now Fine Art Fair in Saskatoon.  

    Art Now is the only large-scale fine art event of its kind on the Prairies. Original works of art by hundreds of artists all at once; it's an inspiring place to be. The event takes place as follows:  

    • Friday, October 2, 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. - Opening Night Reception (ticketed event)
    • Saturday, October 3, 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. - Open to the public (admission by donation)
    • Sunday, October 4, 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. - Open to the public (admission by donation)

  • Volunteer Responsibilities

    As a volunteer, you will be a representive of SaskGalleries, our members, and the Art Now Fine Art Fair.

    We require our volunteers to:

    • Conduct yourself professionally and positively.
    • Treat the staff, other volunteers, gallerists, artists, and the public with respect and kindness - we have zero tolerance for any form of discrimination or abuse.
    • Wear attire appropriate to the task you are performing on behalf of SaskGalleries.
    • Fulfill the tasks and time commitment as agreed to.
    • Refrain from using inappropriate or foul language, or using drugs and alcohol while volunteering.
    • Respect the exhibitors', artists', attendees', and other volunteers' privacy when using or posting on social media.

  • By submitting this form, you are indicating your availability and preferred volunteer shifts, and agreeing to volunteer resonsibilities above. Placement and shifts will be on a first-come, first-served basis, and at the discretion of SaskGalleries. A staff member will contact your to confirm your shifts within 10 days of submission.
