  • Member Fees for 2025 - 2026

    Member fees are the same. The only additional, one-time cost is the member pin. Please note that if you lose your pin, you are responsible for paying for a new one.

    • Concert Band
      Base fee $175.00 + cost of 6 tickets at $10.00 ($60.00) for a total fee of $235.00, plus one-time band pin fee of $8.00. Total: $243.00
    • Auxiliary Band
      Base fee $175.00 + cost of 4 tickets at $10.00 ($40.00) for a total fee of $215.00, plus one-time band pin fee of $8.00. Total: $223.00
    • Both Bands
      Base fee $175.00 + $50.00 fee for being in both bands + cost of 10 tickets at $10.00 ($100.00) = $325.00, plus one-time fee of $16.00 for 2 band pins. Total $341.00.
      The $50 fee is intended as a charge for those individuals that register for both bands not those who are asked to "fill in" when we require additional players in either band.

    Long-Term Memberships (The yearly ticket purchase is still required):

  • Membership Agreement

    New! By submitting my registration for membership in the Saskatoon Concert Band for the 2025-26 Season, I confirm my acceptance of all of the terms and understandings set forth in this Membership Agreement:

    I understand that this information will be used only for the purpose of the Saskatoon Concert Band carrying on its day-to-day business. It will be shared with those agencies that have the authority to request it. Information may also be shared with band members undertaking activities on behalf of the band.

    I agree to pay the membership fees as determined annually by the Board of Directors, and I agree to participate in the fundraising programs determined by the Board.

    I agree to comply with the policies, practices and procedures determined by the Board of Directors with regard to use of the facility, equipment, music, music folders, uniforms and all other property of Saskatoon Concert Band Inc.

    I agree to volunteer and participate in other member activities that benefit the band (e.g., yard clean-ups).

    I agree to receive, by email, all correspondence and notifications which I am entitled to receive as a member.

    I give my permission for the use of photographs and video recordings, in which I am recognizable, for the purpose of promoting the Saskatoon Concert Band.

    WAIVER: I understand that the Saskatoon Concert Band may make archival recordings of our concerts. Any and all proceeds from such recordings will go to support the band's operations. I waive any payment for the recording of band performances, now and in the future.

  • Volunteering

  • This past season the Band announced a plan to broaden our volunteer base within the membership, setting up two areas where members could volunteer - the Advisory Group and the Work Group. The Advisory Group is for those who are willing to provide guidance to the Board or to a Committee Chair from time to time on specific matters. The Work Group is for those who are willing to take on a particular ongoing function for the Band.

    For more detail on the Band’s volunteering plan, refer to the Work Plan which is attached to the registration email.

    It is important to our planning for the current season that we take fresh stock of our pool of volunteers. Please answer the following three questions.

    Select one of the first two options if you are paying for a regular membership.

    Select "Alternate arrangement" if you need an option different than the first two, or if you are interesting in purchasing a long term membership.

    Select "Prepaid" if you have a long term or honourary membership.
