Volunteer Application

At Bethesda Transformation Center, we are rooted in the unchanging truth of God’s Word and His love for all people. We believe the Bible is divinely inspired and serves as a trustworthy guide for life, faith, and transformation. Through Scripture, we discover God's heart and His purpose for our lives.

We believe in one God, revealed as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Jesus Christ, fully God and fully man, was born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, and through His death and resurrection, made a way for us to experience forgiveness, healing, and eternal life. The Holy Spirit is actively present in the lives of believers, guiding, strengthening, and empowering us to walk in faith and love.

We acknowledge that sin has impacted humanity, creating separation from God. Yet, through Jesus, we find grace, redemption, and new life. When we trust in Him, we are restored to a relationship with God and called to live lives of love, purpose, and service.

Our faith is founded on the hope of bringing the fulfillment of God’s kingdom—a kingdom marked by righteousness, peace, and joy. Until then, we commit to living out His love in our daily lives, sharing His message of grace and truth with all people.

By signing below, I acknowledge and affirm my agreement with the beliefs and values of Bethesda Transformation Center.

As a volunteer of Bethesda Transformation Center, I agree to abide by the policies and procedures established by the organization. I understand that my participation is at my own risk and that the organization, its employees, and affiliates cannot assume any responsibility for any liability related to accidents, injuries, or health issues that may arise from my volunteer work. I further acknowledge that all work performed is on a volunteer basis, and I am not eligible to receive any monetary payment or reward.

I certify that all the information provided in my application is true and complete to the best of my knowledge. I authorize Bethesda Transformation Center to verify the accuracy of my information and to obtain references regarding my character and capabilities. I release Bethesda Transformation Center and any individual or entity providing references from all liability related to information shared or decisions made based on such information.

I understand that, as a volunteer, I may encounter personal information about the students and their needs. I commit to respecting their privacy and will keep all such information confidential unless expressly permitted by the student or staff to share.

Authorization for Use of Photos and Testimonials:

I hereby grant Bethesda Transformation Center permission to use any photographs, videos, or written testimonials in which I may appear or participate during my volunteer activities. These materials may be used for promotional, educational, or informational purposes in print, digital, or online formats.

I understand that:

●       These materials may be edited, copied, and published without further inspection or approval by me.

●       I waive any rights to royalties or other compensation arising from the use of these materials.

●       Bethesda Transformation Center will not use any sensitive personal information without additional written consent.
