Terms and Conditions
- Only owners or current residents are authorized to make requests.
- Only current residents living in the unit are eligible for an intercom entry in the directory.
- You are responsible for the guests and their actions you allow into the building. Any damage caused by them may be charged back to the unit.
- Do not release the door for anyone you do not know.
- Ensure that your guests are aware that they are NOT to let anyone follow them through the door.
- Any use of the system is recorded and tracked. Releasing the door for unknown people could result in action being taken against the offending unit.
- All credentials must be declared (owners & residents). Any serial numbers not provided will be deactivated.
Dial Code: A 4 digit number that can be supplied to family, friends or other visitors. Using the Dial Code at the intercom will automatically dial the associated phone number.
Hidden Entry: if Yes is selected, your intercom entry will not be displayed on the directory. Your Dial Code can still be distributed and used.
Devices: A term used to describe access devices such as Door Tags (no buttons) and/or Garage Fobs (button for the overhead)
If the form is not completed correctly the request may not be actioned
