Please ensure that the realtor lockbox is attached to the unit doors (not outside or in the lobby). Only the unit’s key should be left in the lockbox. Should the realtor need to view the property, the owner should leave a tag/fob in the unit, to be returned after its use – the owner will then be able to note whether it has been returned.

This is a Hidden Entry on the intercom and will not be visible on the public directory.

The access is set to 0800 – 2200 Mon – Sun. The expiry date can be extended if the owner and realtor extend their contract.

When the Visiting Realtor arrives at the intercom, they will dial the Listing Realtor with the 4 digit dial code provided. The intercom entry is a hidden entry and is not visable to the general public.

The Listing Realtor will receive the call on their cell phone, and upon confirming the identity of the visitor and ensuring that they understand that no one should follow them through, the Listing Realtor can press 9 on their phone to grant entry, (or simply hang up to deny entry)
